Put the plant in a light position but not in direct sunlight; |

Give it a splash of water once a week, or submerge the pot containing the roots briefly in a bucket of water; |

A little plant food can be given every now and then but is not necessary; |

Once the plant has finished flowering, you can trim off the flower stems just above an eye (where the stem is thicker) and store it in a cool place (such as the bedroom); it will probably grow a new stem! |
